Great post. After reading the first couple of paragraphs I noticed you still have "Micro-volunteering" on your header banner. :)

I think what people are missing about the Sparked.com platform is how crowdsourcers can learn from each other. I've not only contributed to some of the requests, but have gained a ton of information from some of the posts by other contributors. Sparked.com is an amazing tool to give, share, and learn from each other.
